Darren

Director

Darren manages day to day operations of the business, and monitors the performance of our technical team – striving to ensure that clients are happy with the service being offered.

Although he is not supposed to be involved in everyday helpdesk support, being a born geek, he finds it impossible to keep away!

Darren mainly carries out 2nd and 3rd line systems support and configurations. He is also our primary software engineer, providing several clients with bespoke automation software design, configuration & testing.

Darren says “I love seeing technology help deliver our customers’ goals and ambitions. Our goal of helping businesses have a ‘stress free IT’ experience is empowering and offers a great deal of personal satisfaction.”

Dharmendra

Helpdesk Manager

Dharmendra is part of our senior staff who specialises in network infrastructure and security and our turnkey project design to provide our customers their solutions.

As our Helpdesk Manager, he also helps to organise and support the helpdesk with tickets and in particular, those needing escalated or having an impact on multiple customers.

With the ability to apply a logical and systematic approach to problem solving issues, he is an experienced and knowledgeable engineer with the the technical know-how who also works closely with clients, partners and third-party vendors.

Craig

Senior Helpdesk & On-Site Engineer

Craig has a key role in providing services on-site to our clients, such as the  physical delivery of cabling and equipment installations on our projects.
With a keen eye for detail, he ensures the work on site is carried out as quickly and effectively as possible.

When not on-site, Craig provides support to his colleagues on the helpdesk, in particular on hard to diagnose or complex issues

Craig says “I enjoy the varied nature of my job and I particularly enjoy liaising with customers and clients face to face. I also have a keen interest in research and development with regards to new technologies”

Mark

Helpdesk Engineer & Lab Manager

Mark is one of our key helpdesk engineer’s and primarily provides phone, messaging and remote access support for our customers.

He also manages the pckwikfix lab that we use to perform hardware and software repairs, data recovery and the preparation of new desktops, laptops and servers for clients – a key task to help the work coming in flow through.

Mark says “I enjoy the varied problem solving opportunities, and being able to learn from trying so”

Raj Pal

Helpdesk & On-Site Engineer

Raj has already proven to be an adaptable and multi-skilled engineer.  In addition to being one of our day-to-day helpdesk engineers, he helps our team out in the field on-site by providing assistance with site deployments, network cabling and equipment installation.

Raj has a focus on design and deployment of our Smart Home and Audio/Visual systems which require a focus on the detail and the ability to look at the whole solution at different levels.

Raj says “A career change brought me to pckwikfix and with it, I’ve been able to hone my technical and practical skills on site – something that I enjoy as it keeps the job interesting and varied”

Graham Cameron

Helpdesk Engineer & Administrator

The latest addition to the pckwikfix team, Graham started with us in 2022 to meet both a growing demand for extra helpdesk support and to also assist with maintaining and pushing forward our systems and processes that drive the business behind the scenes as we continue to grow.

As a technology company, it is no surprise that we use a lot of tech behind the scenes to make the magic work – but it in itself needs supported and maintained, so this is one of Graham’s responsibilities.

The latest of these have included the introduction of our new customer portals for Invoicing and Client interactions – ConnectBooster  and Cloud Radial, as well as bringing online our public facing systems status page.

Graham says “I’m glad I’ve been able to make such an impact on the systems we use everyday at pckwikfix.  With some of them now established and running, I’ve been able to switch my attention to more on-site work which surprisingly, I really enjoy!”
