Please note that we are now operating a new helpdesk management system for customers to submit and track support requests.

The new system is operated on an Open Source Software Platform called "Spiceworks". 

In order to use the helpdesk system, please send an email to the email address helpdesk@pckwikfix.com.  Sending a support email to any other address might slow down our response.  Once submitted to the system, you will be sent a link to the request, along with the TICKET NUMBER so you can be kept up to date on its status and we will also update the status of the request this way too.  We may still have to contact you via email or phone - we would never give out passwords via the helpdesk system for example.
