EasyAssist Remote Support

At pckwikfix, we are always striving to improve the services we offer our clients!  As part of this, we are pleased to start phasing in our latest Remote Support Tool -based on Microsoft's "EasyAssist" Support.

This has several benefits to offer users, including a very small download size, and fast performance.  Being Microsoft technology, it integrates neatly with the latest Operating Systems, including Windows 7.

Managed Systems Platform

At the same time, we are also rolling out our own technology platform for monitoring all your computer systems in real time!  Utilised for all our clients on monthly support packages, this platform will help our technicians manage your network round-the-clock and detect potential issues before they become major problems. 
Some features of this advanced technology include:

• 24/7 Monitoring of your network - servers, desktops and laptops.
• "Healthcheck" snapshots taken of your system every few minutes.
• Full Client Reporting available.
• Track Hardware and Software, including licensing.
• Internet Monitoring.
