We are pleased to reveal the name our latest support product - NetworkNurse!  NetworkNurse is a Managed Systems Monitoring tool (boring we know - but its what they are called!) that allows us to look after your systems around the clock.  By installing a small, secure applet on each of your systems, we receive data from your Servers, Desktops & Laptops with their status and alerting us to any problems.

For example - we know when your Internet Connection is down, or the Server failed - before you do.  We can then take the required action, even out of hours, so that downtime to your business is minimised.  We can also identify impending system failures that might otherwise go undetected by Windows - a live saver for both ourselves and your business!
