The Importance of Broadband Support!

The importance of choosing the correct Broadband Provider has become a very big topic of conversation for one of our customers this month.  After choosing a certain Mobile Phone Operators' broadband service based on speed and the "efficient and effective" based  UK Support (part of it in Glasgow too!), they came to a sticky end when a fault occured during the middle of the working week. Despite pckwikfix telling the operator what was actually wrong - a problem at the exchange - the operator was very slow and failed to react properly, resulting in nearly two weeks down time!  It was only thanks to the contingency plans of pckwikfix that the business could continue to function.  The company now has a new Broadband service - provided by pckwikfix - with UK based 24 hour support that DOES promise a fast and effective service should any problems arise.
Our Technical Director, Darren Nichol finishes the story "Having always on Broadband is not just a nice to have - its essential for any business - and therefore it's essential that the proper service is chosen.  We were glad to help the customer they way we did, but the outage caused a lot of frustration among staff and had the potential for loss of income.  Now, with our broadband service, the customer can have piece of mind.
