Demise of Evesham Technology

Since pckwikfix was founded in 2005, we have strived to offer the best and most affordable IT Products in our customers' solutions.  Evesham Technology at the time, was chosen to provide Desktops, Servers and Laptops.

Unfortunately, Evesham Technology as a result of numerous market conditions, went into Administration at the end of 2007.  It was eventually bought out by the Time Technology Group companies and pieces of the company were sold off bit by bit.  When the name of the new owner became clear, we at pckwikfix decided not to continue trading with this company as a matter of principle due to Time's previous history in the British Computing Market.  Several letters were written to Richard Austin - the then Managing Director of Evesham Technology - expressing our concern over the state of the new Evesham Technology - but unfortunately, went unanswered.  At the start of 2008, Evesham Technology went into liquidation, and now no longer exists as a company selling computer systems. 

Future developments are as yet, unknown. We would like to ensure our customers that pckwikfix will continue to support Evesham systems we have supplied for the length of the agreed warranty period.  This development in no way has a detrimental effect on the services and support levels we offer.  Evesham Technology was chosen in the first instance for their high quality, reliable products. Unfortunately, due to the state of the British PC Industry, Evesham Technology is unlikely to be the last British PC company to suffer this fate, which will only reduce options, service and products for customers in the future.
