Name: Darren Nichol - Managing/Technical Director
Role: Darren's role, as well as managing the day to day running of the business, generating new business and monitoring performance of our technical operations is to interface with clients either by visiting sites, or via phone and email. This ensures that customers are happy with the service being offered.
Name: Ralph Nichol - Company Secretary and Director
Role: Ralph's role in the company is to ensure we comply with all the necessary Health and Safety Legislation and comply with the law on employment and other legal matters. Ralph joined the company in 2007 and is employed on a part-time basis.
Name: Cat Divers - Customer Services Manager
Role: Cat's role is to deal with any client support queries via email, phone and helpdesk tickets. She is also responsible for ensuring additional staff are managed effectively and that customer satisfaction guidelines are adhered to. Reporting directly to Darren, Cat is seen as a vital part of pckwikfix operations.
Name: Andrew Wilson - IT Support Technican - Lead Engineer
Role: Andrew's role in the business is to research the latest technologies, both hardware and software and propose those that the board of pckwikfix should investigate further. Currently, Andrew is working in the area of Mobile Technology, including technologies such as Satellite Navigation and Mobile/Push Email Services.
Name: Steven Newall - IT Support Technican - Lead Support Engineer
Role: Steven's role in the business is to be the first point of contact for resolving customer support problems and issues. This involves day to day maintenance tasks and dealing with remote/telephone support incidents and on-site visits.
Name: David Curran - Business Consultant
Role: David's Primary role is to liaise with Darren and offer Business advice relating to achieving the goals of the business. David's second role is to ensure internal training procedures are adhered to and the appropriate skills for staff are developed.
